Assemblage’s distinctive sculptural appearance derives from the combination of different shapes and, most of all, materials that are not usually brought together, and whose perception of weight is here disrupted: cork, lighter than wood, serves here as the base and so it appears as the weight that supports the coffee table. The top, on the other hand, is made of solid wood, available in various colors.
