Estimated Shipping Times
Italian Furniture offers a Quick Ship Program for select products in stock in the U.S., which typically ship within 10-14 days. Products stocked in Europe generally take 4-8 weeks to ship. Please note that all shipping timelines are estimates and actual delivery dates may vary. Upon shipment, we will send you a tracking number or link via email to monitor your order’s progress.
Estimated transit times:
- UPS or FedEx Parcel Shipments: 4-7 business days after leaving the warehouse.
- Freight Carrier Deliveries: 1-2 weeks after leaving the warehouse. The carrier will generally contact you at least 24 hours prior to delivery to arrange an appointment.
U.S. Deliveries
Before delivery, our delivery partners will contact you to schedule a time window. Please ensure that your space is measured properly to accommodate your furniture. If the product cannot be successfully delivered due to size constraints, return shipping fees will apply.
If an item is returned for non-delivery due to size restrictions, the following fees will be deducted from your refund:
- Return Shipping Fee
- 10% Restocking Fee
Upon delivery, the package will be arranged in accordance with the selected shipping option.
Shipping Options and Fees
Standard Shipping
A shipping fee of 8% of the order total applies, covering processing, handling, packing, and front-door delivery. An additional $65 Special Care Delivery surcharge may apply to fragile or oversized items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Room of Choice Delivery
For an additional $69, you can upgrade to Room of Choice delivery, which includes placing items inside your home in a preferred room. This service is subject to availability based on your location and the type of furniture. Packaging removal and assembly are not included.
White Glove Delivery
For a $99 surcharge, upgrade to White Glove delivery. This service includes inside delivery to your preferred room, unpacking, and removal of packaging materials. Assembly is not included, but light assembly services may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. Please contact us for further details.
Delivery Day Requirements
- An individual 18 years or older must be present to accept delivery and inspect the order.
- If delivery is missed due to unavailability, you will be responsible for any applicable re-delivery fees.
Order Rerouting
If you need to change the delivery address after the order has shipped, a rerouting fee will apply.
International Deliveries
Orders outside the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska)
- International shipments outside of the U.S. require a minimum order value of $5,000.
- Orders over $5,000 will ship to a freight forwarder in the U.S. at the standard U.S. delivery rates. Clients are responsible for transporting the goods across the border.
- For large orders, we can provide quotes to ship a container directly to your destination.
- Clients are responsible for import and customs duties.

Missed Deliveries
If you are not present at the scheduled delivery time, you will be responsible for any additional fees incurred by the carrier, including re-delivery fees.
